Hello, good day to all the steemit users in the house.hope you all had a wonder day today.i also want to inform you all that I'm fine,and I pray for good health and long life upon the life of all steemit users amen.it my pleasure sharing my post here today.And am glad to participate in this contest which says "the power of forgiveness"

What do you understand by the word "Forgiveness"?

Meaning of forgiveness:-its means letting go of wrong dids that has been done to you by someone. Forgiveness someone who offended you in one way or the other.

Why do you think forgiveness is important in maintaining healthy relationships? Give 3 importance.

1. forgiveness is important because it brings in peace where there would have a been a problem or fight.

2)it's is also important because it make relationship that would have gotten into problem settled and make love get stronger

3)it is important to forgive Even because the bible say in the book of collosian 3:13 which says ,bear with other and forgive what ever grievance you may have against one another,forgive as the lord forgives you.

Have you ever faced challenges in forgiving someone? How did you overcome them?

Yes i remember I faced a big challenge in forgiven someone.

This person happens to my best friend whom I trusted so much.it happens this way,I was in river state as at 2020 this friend of mine by name chizoba had a problem and he needed money urgently so he decided saling his smart phone.so he called me and told me that he want to sale his phone inorder to renew his rent.so I accepted to buy the phone,we negotiated price and he accepted my price.i then ask him how am i goona get the phone.he told once I send him the money that he will take the phone to park to waybill the phone.since he was my closed friend I Know his family and he knows my family as well I had no fear sending him the money.After sending him the money he confirmed he has received the money and that he has also move to park to waybill the phone.After some time when i called him back his lines where not going.throughout that day his lines where not reaching.i waited till the next day.i called he stared given stupid excuses.that the phone has lost.i ask him to send back my money he could not send because he has make use of the money.i had to pay down to akwa ibom because the money.yet I could not get it from him..

How I overcome the challenge was just for me to let go of the money and also forgive him as a friend.but I express my feeling's to him that what he did was very bad and he apologize and ask forgiveness.then I forgive though he did not give me back the money. The money was just 45k.

Can you share a personal experience where forgiveness played a significant role in your life or the life of someone you know?

The significant roles forgiveness has played in my life is that someone else has forgiveness me and also Jesus Christ died in the cross for the forgiveness of my sins .

What do you make of the statement "Love and Forgiveness are twin that cannot be seperated". How true is that?

I think it's true because even the bible says that forgiveness is the love for the enemies.you will see that in the book of Matthew 5:43 ,when you read that portion of bible you will truely know that love and forgiveness are twin tgat can not be separated.
