Assalamu Alaikum my dear friends how are you all hope. By the grace of Allah you are all doing very well and living a healthy life. Alhamdulillah I am very well by the grace of Allah. Today I share a very delicious fish recipe in "Steem4Nigeria" community. Going to share the post. Today I am going to share the recipe of Rooee fish with winter vegetables. I hope you will like it very much. Let's take a look and share with you step by step how I made this delicious recipe.

- One tablespoon of turmeric powder.
- Two tablespoons of ginger paste.
- Four tablespoons of chili paste.
- Two tablespoons of onion batter.
- One tablespoon cumin batter.
- Half a cup of mustard oil.
- A variety of winter vegetables.
- 1 kg of cotton fish pieces.
- 200 grams of tin dal bara.
- Amount of salt.
To prepare this delicious recipe, first of all, cut the winter vegetables like potatoes, eggplant, cauliflower and wash them with water.
At this stage, remove the roe fish from the fridge and wash well with water and salt and turmeric. Apply it nicely and keep it for 15 minutes.
At this stage, to fry the fish, a pan should be placed on the chickpeas, then a cup of mustard oil should be placed on the stove. When the oil gets hot, the fish should be flipped and fried.
And the color of the fish will be brown. Then they have to be taken down in a bowl and these operations have to be done very carefully because if the fish gets burnt while frying. Then it will not be very tasty and the recipe will not be tasty so the fishes should be fried very carefully.
At this stage, the spices should be prepared for cooking the fish. The spices mentioned in the quantity should be mixed together and then the spice will be ready.
At this stage the masalas should be left on the oil and cooked for five to six minutes.
Once the spices are cooked, add the rest of the vegetables and cook for another five to six minutes.
At this stage the fish is more delicious. In this, Kumrabara i.e. Kalai Dal Bara should be given with 2 grams. Which will make this recipe even more delicious.
At this stage, when all that is cooked, add four cups of water and when the water becomes hot. Add the fried fish and dal dal and cook for another five to seven minutes.
Then when the cooking is done, then the recipe should be kept in a container. And that's how I prepared the recipe for cooking more roe fish with few ingredients and winter vegetables.
