THE DAIRY GAME

Assalamu Alaikum how are you my dear friends? I hope everyone is very well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am very well by the grace of Allah.Today I am going to share with you how I take care of my daily health. Today I am going to share with you the methods I follow for my health and fitness like diet, exercise, body care etc. I will show you everything. Before I start I want to thank @eliany for organizing such a beautiful contest. Through this contest I am going to mention how I take care of my daily health. Hope you all like it let's get started.

Like everyday, I woke up in a hurry at 5:30 am. That's because both body and mind are good when I wake up in the morning.Then I wake up straight to wash my face and brush my teeth first. I use Mediplus GL paste with the brush while brushing my teeth. That's because I had a problem with my teeth a long time ago.That is because there are many types of pastes in our market, unfortunately these toothpastes do not have any medical approval and due to the use of those pastes, I got dental problems.And then I took doctor's advice and doctor told me to use mediplus gl paste. And after using it I got very good results.After that I brushed my teeth and washed my hands and face. In the morning I went to pray in the mosque and after finishing the prayer I went straight home. When I get home I eat two apples and get ready for my morning walk.

Many may have tea and biscuits for breakfast, but for my health I eat an apple or two every morning. It also suppresses my appetite and keeps my body healthy.After that I go straight out of the house after having my breakfast for a walk because I like to walk and run one to two kilometers every morning. Walking gives my body exercise and keeps me healthy.After the walk, I came straight home. And came home and took a bath. My father is an agriculturist so we have a lot of farm land where I grow tomatoes. And I bring two tomatoes from our tomato field and ask my mother to cook them. Ammu makes tomato stuffing. I had my breakfast of tomato bharta, got ready, went home and left for college.I like to eat vegetables with my breakfast every day. Because vegetables contain many types of vitamins that are very beneficial for the body.It is good for health.

Then I reached college at 10:55 am. I went to college and went to our class room and waited for the teacher. Our first class starts at 11:00 am in the chemistry lab.Second class starts from 11:15 to 12:15. Power socket.In this way I do two to three classes. Then I leave the college at 1:30 PM.As soon as I left the college, I was very

hungry. Despite the fact that there were many restaurants nearby, I either stayed at the hotel or headed straight home. That's because eating food in an unhygienic environment in a hotel can make the body feel bad. With this in mind I headed home. It is always better to eat home cooked food to keep us healthy. Only home food is prepared in a healthy environment.On my way back home, it was almost noon and afternoon. I got home at 3:30 pm.

Then I returned home and changed my clothes. When I came home, I saw that my mother had cooked Khasi's meat. I hastily had lunch with beef. Although I had lunch in the afternoon. Couldn't have lunch due to coming late from college. That's why I eat at 4:00 o'clock. We all should have a good and quality lunch for our healthy body. Because you have to eat a lot of vegetables in the morning and eat a lot of fish and meat in the afternoon, it will be good for health.That's because people do most of their work between noon and afternoon, so I think they should eat nutritious food during that time.

After that I finished eating. I left the house to play sports. Because I like to play cricket every afternoon. Hey by playing cricket my body gets exercise and keeps fit and healthy.I think we all need to do some sport or exercise in the afternoon. In this our physical work will be done and our body will be healthy.Then I went to the field and saw that the field where we used to play cricket had been plowed to grow a new crop. So we didn't play cricket today.After that I came home and called my boys and started working on building a new cricket ground.

This is how the afternoon turns into the evening while building the cricket field. I come home in the evening, wash my hands and face, and sit at the reading table to read.I study for one to two hours. Then I have dinner.Go to sleep at 9:30 PM. Staying awake for too long makes the body worse. For this reason, one should sleep early in the morning to stay healthy. You should wake up early in the morning, if you can continue like this then your health and mind will be good. This way my day goes very well and healthy environment.
