THE DAIRY GAME

Assalamu Alaikum my dear friends, how are you all? Hope everyone is very well and healthy by the grace of Allah.Alhamdulillah by the infinite mercy of Allah I am very well.Today I am going to discuss about my daily physical and mental health.Which is my daily routine. My daily health diary that will inspire you to stay healthy.First of all I want to thank @eliany for organizing a very nice contest organized by "Steem4Nigeria community" very happy Anyway without further ado let's start my health diary of the day. And let's know how we can live a healthy and beautiful life. Let's get started then.

I try to wake up early in the morning like every day. I woke up at 6:00 am.There are two benefits of waking up early in the morning.The first is that if you are a follower of Islam, you can perform the morning prayer. And the second is that when you wake up early in the morning, your body is healthy and your mind is healthy. Don't feel any fatigue from the whole day's work if you can wake up early in the morning.Then I wake up and brush my teeth first to freshen up. And I use mediplus gel paste for brushes. It is a very good paste which is medically approved. Because we have to brush our teeth and use paste every day. So we should use the paste which has medical approval.That is because it is possible to get rid of various dental diseases by using medically approved paste.

Then I finish brushing and wash my hands and face to freshen up. I put on my shoes and socks and get ready for my morning walk. I like to walk and run every morning two to three kilometers it keeps my body healthy. Every one of us should do some kind of exercise and walk in the morning.This will keep our body healthy and our mind will be motivated to do the whole day's activities.Then I get ready and eat 100 grams of black and white raisins and leave the house. We all probably have breakfast with a cup of tea and biscuits. But this tea and biscuits can harm your body because different types of flour and chemicals are used to make biscuits. But no chemical is used in raisin I find it fresh and helps to keep body healthy. So we should eat some fruit or raisin with breakfast it will keep your body healthy.

After that I walk and run back home. I have breakfast fresh. I like to eat vegetables every morning. Because if you eat vegetables in the morning, it helps your body to stay healthy. After eating, I rested for some time. Goes to shower. And I use Savlon soap when I shower.Because we walk and work all day, many germs and dust stick to the body.These dust and germs can make our body sick. For this reason, we should all use Sevlon soap while taking a bath. That's because using Sevlon soap should get rid of germs and bacteria and keep the body healthy.

After that I took a bath and got ready for Jummah prayer as today is Friday.Then I finish namaz, come home, change my clothes and eat lunch. And I like to eat fish and meat with lunch. Because lunch should be eaten which can fill the deficiency of non-vegetables in our body. Because most of us work hard in the afternoon. That's why the lunch should be of good quality. Which will help to keep our body healthy.

After that I eat and rest for some time. And in the afternoon I leave home to play cricket. Because the body is healthy if you do sports in the afternoon. And it is possible to get rid of the disease. That's why I like to play cricket every afternoon.While going to play cricket, mom calls and says that today you come to see our mustard field and wheat field. Because my father works in agriculture, we have a lot of crop land. I usually don't want to see crops because I'm a student person. I have to stay in college most of the time. As today is Friday I didn't have college so I went out to see our crop land.

Then I went to the field to see the mustard plant. Seeing the mustard flower and the field full of crops made me feel good. Today the pain of not being able to play cricket is removed by seeing mustard flowers and field crops. Even though I can play cricket, I have to walk a lot to visit the crop fields and it has given my body exercise. And I saw the crop fields and headed home in the evening.Then I come home in the evening and freshen up straight to my reading table and study for 2 to 3 hours. And before going to sleep.

Eat an orange because there is no effort at night. If you eat heavy food at night, your body fat may increase. Therefore, to keep the body healthy, one should eat a small amount of food at night and eat one to two fruits at night to keep the body healthy. I eat some fruit every night and fall asleep it keeps my body healthy. This is how I take care of my body. And through this process my body stays healthy. And I like to sleep in the morning. So that I can wake up in the morning.This is how I complete my day healthy and beautiful. Hope you like my diary. And if you can do this daily routine then your body will be healthy Inshallah.
