My StayFit Fitness Routine for the Week

Hello 👋 everyone! it's really my pleasure to join this week: "My StayFit Fitness Routine". it's definitely not like I have not been observing my fitness, I always do exercise and let's say I was stock with other tasks that I forget sharing my routine but here I'm back again.

  • Staying fit has really become what I say an integral part of my daily life, and there as well I’m excited to share with all my routine that helps keeps me energized and much healthy.

👉What did you do?

I really do focused on a balanced fitness routine much align with my Instructor: @ngoenyi recommendation and those includes warm-up exercises, a variety of workouts and sometimes playing sport(socver and volleyball), and a cooldown stretches. Each of my session starts with a 5-minute warm-up proceeding to prepare my body, followed too by 20-25 minutes of strength training exercises and even more than that at times, and then concludes with a 5 minutes of stretching to help enhances flexibility and to prevent injury.

👉Where did you do it?

I did performed my fitness routine only indoors this week, utilizing my room space as my own personal sanctuary for the workouts. I really enjoy the privacy and much comfort it provides, allowing me to try and fully concentrate on my movements alone. While I do often prefer working out alone, I do occasionally join some guys at field especially for sport activities that foster in me and others a sense of community and motivation.

👉How many minutes or hours did you spend within the week to stay fit?

This very week, I dedicated only 30 to 35 minutes each day to do my fitness routine, a totaling of four days: "Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday". I do strive to exercise daily and always, but then this week I miss sessions due to me waking up late, and especially when the sun has already set.

👉Any benefit? Your pains and joys

Absolutely! The unique benefits have been so remarkable to my health and entirely everything. I really feel more energetic, my mood too has improved, and I’ve really noticed a bit better muscle tone. While I do occasionally experience a bit soreness after workouts, it’s then a satisfying reminder of my progress here. The joy of at least completing a solid workout session is really unmatched!

👉Your challenges

As I try as much to continue my fitness journey, I have a few questions for my Fitness Instructor:

  1. Please What are the best warm-up exercises which helps prevent injury?
  2. How can I stay so motivated to workout consistently, most especially when I miss some days?
  3. Could you please recommend an effective stretches to help incorporate at the end of my routine?
  • I sincerely appreciate everyone in the community and admit to adhere to any insights you can provide and I really look forward to enhancing my fitness journey!
