My Choice: Cold, Warm or Hot water?

Without water the skin cannot function well, it become dry as well as aging.

The role of water to human existence cannot be overemphasized. Not only the human that enjoy the benefits of water, it extend the great value to plant, animal even the earth to survive. Human being been blessed with cold, warm or hot water, should count as a privilege.

Why do I say so? Cold, warm or hot water has its own health benefits that the body stand to receive for a proper functioning. The three categories of water fit in according to the weather that we have to make life sweet, comfortable, lovable by human.

To me, I prefer using all of them to make myself happy, Yes, this is my choice, after all happiness is the first desire of human. I value what gives me Joy, what I feel good of, what put a smile on my face, water is what I mean, is one of the things that makes me happy, from drinking to bathing, water plays amazing part.

Looking at the different season that we have, water help to keep the body system in a good side. During a summer season like this time, warm or hot water has help to give my body system that favorable environment, coverage to keep me warm and good at all times.

As a chorister, most times, I prefer drinking hot water to help clear my throat. It is very good and effective to loosen you up when cold through sweating. Taking hot water give a fast digestion and help the blood to flow well. Warm water is a great relieve pains, stress and is advicable for new born mother and the baby to be use. It also very good for elderly people.

During the winter period that the weather will be hot, uncomfortable to the body, I like taking cold water to keep and maintain the temperature of the body. This time also, a room temperature water is the best for bathing. Having cough, cold, and flu can be relieve with the use of warm water.

Drinking cold water in this season gives the best to cool you down. It very good to reduce muscle soreness that is why you will see sport or exercise people drinking cool water. Cold water reenergize the body giving the strength to begin function again, and using cold water when you have cool is not the best.

Although there are so many reasons why people prefer using any of the water differences but in my opinion, cold, warm or hot water plays a vital benefits to our physical and mental health.
