Knowledge basically is the act of understanding in doing something, or can be defined as the act where by one has the understanding and wisdom in doing something at the right time at a particular place. Most don't know when and how to boost our knowledge. Sometimes when we write our exams and finish and pass successfully, after a couple of months we are later ask that same question we will forget it because we didn't read to know instead we read to pass and forget 🤣.

There are some basic tips to boost your knowledge;

✓ Firstly relaxing should be the no.1 pirority a student should do.

✓ Second don't stress your brain for instance thinking too much.

✓ Read to know and understand, don't read to forget.

✓ Take adequate rest, for the brain to calm.

✓ Eating is not excluded; a student need to eat adequately.

✓ Don't think and read at the same time.

✓ Don't read excessively.

For better understanding you can choose to do experiment, watch educated movies or you go to places related to the topic you are reading for better understanding.

Resting is good for a teenager child.

Thinking and reading at the same time may lead to what we call brain tumor, we see some parents telling their children to read every 24 hours which is not good, the fact is that when we read as a teenager we need to have at least 10 hours of rest out of the 24 hours we are using.

To conclude this i will say resting, really requires as a student so that when ever we read we will be able to understand what we are reading, and also not for us to read excessively as a matter of fact we may be prone to have brain tumor 🤣.
