Explain stress in your own word.
Stress can cause death at a young age because we think too many things about our daily lives but sometimes it can result in stress because it can cause us to become people who never know what is about life we live as humans. Sometimes it makes people stressed because there are too many burdens that they carry so that we can't concentrate properly as a result if we often experience this may have a bad effect on ourselves.
What is the best way to handle stress?
I think the best way to avoid stress
We must always have activities that we have to do every day because in this way stress will be reduced on us humans, but if we are often alone and sit while daydreaming, then we will never be able to avoid that stress. Walking often where there are crowds if we are often in crowded places may be very easy to avoid stress. Because for people who experience this, they should not be too alone because if we often feel stressed, it will increase
Have you been stressed up before ? What caused it and what did you do.
I have never experienced that but we have a little advice for people who suffer from stress because stress is very bad for the growth of our daily lives. When people experience stress in their lives, maybe they think too much about things that never materialize, resulting in stress on us
Do you think stress can solve this life challenges?
I think people's stress is different, sometimes people are stressed because they think about family life, sometimes they are stressed because they think too much because they think too much about thinking about how to continue living their lives like other people who are always successful in the future, but if we experience stress to think about various things, we have to get up from scratch. Maybe I can solve life's challenges to think about how to become a successful person in the future. If this is often experienced we will probably be about the greatest in our own lives
What advise can you give to someone that is under stress right now.
My advice to people who experience this is very important in an effort to maintain mental health so that the stress does not increase too much for us. But if we are not always alone and reflect on the useless may be avoided if we have a brother who is experiencing stress. Because people who experience stress should not be too often alone, it is not good for stress sufferers

Ciertamente que mantenerse ocupado ayuda a manejar el estrés, sin embargo, puede ser que el estrés sea producto de tantas ocupaciones, por lo que hay que ver cuáles son las actividades que nos desencadenan episodios de estrés y eliminarlas.
