FROG
This is a tailless animal that can live both on water and land. Frog moves from one place to another by jumping and not walking like other animals.

FACT ABOUT FROG

• Frog sees very well at night
• A frog’s bulging eyes allow it to see in front, sides, and partially behind it.
• A frog can’t keep its eyes open when eating.
• Male frog croaks during mating season to attract a female and the louder he croaks, the more likely he is to attract a mate.
• Frogs are sensitive to movement.
• A group of frogs is called an army.
• Frogs don’t drink water but absorb it through their skin.

ECONOMIC IMPORTANCE OF FROG
Frogs serve as a source of food for man and other organisms like birds, fish, and snakes. It is also a source of income for man as he hunts it and sells it to people who eat it.

Materials Used in drawing

• Plain A4 paper
• Pencils
• Eraser
• Sharpener

Step 1
I began my drawing from the head of the frog down to the back.

Step 2
I drew the eye of the frog.

Step 3
I drew the front legs of the frog.

Step 4
I drew the hind limbs of the frog and joined its stomach

Step 5
I began shading the frog from the hind limbs, the stomach and part of its back.

Step 6
I shade its front legs and part of its body.

Step 7
I completed shading its back.

Step 8
I shade its head the eyelid and the mouth of the flog.
