Hello good friends of steemit, it is nice making my entry in the contest for week. Stress is one that everyone should be mindful of. It is man's gradual killer and does seem to be problem solver to our challenges. Let's get to see my views below.

Explain stress in your words.

Stress is one common term that has been linked to mental instability, workload pressure, relationships, and worrying about challenging situations. Humans will continue to respond to situations of such in a bit to handle circumstances within and around their environment. In doing so, he is either affected physically or emotionally, which are symptoms of stress.

Over time, we have seen stress manifest in different forms. When it is physically seen, it comes with aches/pains, fatigue, dizziness, headaches, etc. And when seen from. In the emotional path, we find anxiety, frustration, irritation, etc, and this form is known to be a little impacting as it comes with some levels of risk that may harm the victim.

Some may say that passing through stress may be important when we try to meet deadlines and perform extraordinarily. However, this may turn out to be detrimental to our general health. We can not remove anxiety, depression, and other cardiovascular disorders from stressors. Good enough, we can manage stress from a good number of strategies.

What is the best way to handle stress?

Handling stress may be viewed from a multifaceted perspective. This may be handled on a short-term or long-term basis, but a goal drives ideology to tame stress.

  1. Mindfulness Meditation/Relaxation
    This is a sure way of improving our mental stability through relaxation. Relaxation helps to calm already tensed nerves and bring them to a state of rest. Anxiety levels are brought down through these means

  2. Physical Activity
    The importance of exercise cannot be overemphasized. It comes with varying ways of giving us the required system stability through the release of endorphins. Endorphins are natural stress relievers.

  3. Healthy Lifestyle
    Getting this benefit is appropriately done by maintaining some lifestyles. This includes having a balanced diet, having enough sleep time, avoiding sedentary lifestyles, etc.

  4. Communicating & Socialising
    Connecting with friends and loved ones is a sustainable way of relieving stress from our system. This form of emotional support becomes helpful as it tends to calm our nerves and proffer better ways and perspectives to handle stress.

  5. Practising assertiveness rather than aggression
    We don't always need to be aggressive in our approach. They tend to work us up unnecessarily and in a manner that brings stress. We should avoid interpersonal conflicts and stay peaceful at all times.

Have you been stressed up before? What caused it, and what did you do?

My former sales job was a tasking one and it requires that there are targets to be met both through field activities and reporting of events. In trying to catch up with the over-demanding tasks, it turned out to be a stressful one for me. At a time, it became a routine that I must live with.

I had to talk to loved ones and family about it to help me out of the depressive mood. I also found time to socialize by sitting out with friends and having fun. This helped me by reducing my overbearing thoughts on the job. Also, I had to indulge in weekend exercises by joining a football team in the neighborhood. This allowed me to sweat out and regain full control of my emotions.

Do you think stress can solve these life challenges?

Stress only makes us worse off. It is a gradual killer of man. We do not need to allow it to overwhelm us at our different exposures with tasks. Stress does not solve problems or life challenges. Rather, a well-calculated approach void of stress does. One thing we should know is that we tend to make more mistakes when under stress.

Whatadvicee can you give to someonewhot is under stress right no?.

Stress does not solve problems but rather discontinues your right to optimised reasoning. It is a gradual killer to human as ot attracts depression, anxiety, cardiovascular disorders, and other harmful and unhealthy effects to us. We must emseavor to flee and practice those activities that are conter-stress.
