Here are some outlined remedies when you experience such;
✴️Ginger:
Ginger is like an ancient drug that is used to treat stomach aches, and have been scientifically proven to be true. Ginger is known to be a natural anti-inflammatory substance which can be eaten in different forms, above all, fresh ginger root is the perfect to use when you want to cure stomach pain.
✴️Peppermint:
The menthol present in peppermint leaves have also been used to relieve pain , it have been used for centuries to aid stomach problems. You can try drinking it in a tea or chew on the mint gum.
✴️Drink Water:
In a whole of the day, we get to lose a lot of water through talking, sweating, breathing, digesting and walking. It is very important to replenish the water we lose everyday to avoid dehydration.
✴️ Regular Exercise:
It is helpful when dealing with a stomach ache, like when you walk, cycle and gently stretches yoga with deep breathing. You could also try twisting your back while you are sitting on your feet, as this helps to relieve gas pains.
✴️Apply Heat:
You can try putting a hot towel or heating pad for ladies on your abdomen. The heat helps the muscles to relax and relieve from cramping. You could also try taking a hot bath which may also help.
