Good day every one ,hope you are doing alright,today I will like to discuss on the issues of cyber bullying, basically I will be highlighting on the meaning of cyber bullying,the effects of cyber bullying and how cyber bullying can be prevented, stopped or managed.since most of the activities we engage today in different aspects of our lives involves social,cyber bullying is something that shouldn't be overlooked or taken lightly.before any further proceeding I will like to highlight on the the first point

what is cyber bullying?
In simple terms this can be said to be the using electronic communication to bully a person, typically sending messages of intimidating or threatening nature.it can also be defined as to bully online by sending or posting mean,hurtful or intimidating messages.the issues of cyber bullying can go a Long way to harassing others on the digital space.

The effects of cyber bullying can be detrimental to the victim and they may face alot of emotional issues that will have a sure effect on their wellbeing and social life .cyber bullying can result to mental health issues, increased stress and anxiety, depression, having low esteem of oneself and can even potentially lead to suicide.that is why it is very paramount that the issues of cyber is discussed and understand.because not only adults adults are using social media even children have access to it,so when a child abused online this causes emotional breakdown and kill the zeal that child in their endeavor, sometimes it even restrict children even adult to reach their full potential in other to contribute to the community.
HOW TO PREVENT CYBER BULLYING
Prevention is better than cure is a very widely used concept.in other to reduce or avoid the possibility of being abused there are thing that are of high importance to apply.

use a strong password in other to protect you privacy
Don't share private information about yourself online
report any attempt of cyber bullying
