Hello friends,how are you all doing and I hope everything is really working out well,today I will like to be giving out some hints in this very great coontest.
The contest idea is really cool and worth exploring,this is a way for us all to show what we will be like when given the opportunity to curate or be a curator.
Thank you @simonnwigwe for this great initiative as it will really go a long way to help build good curators for the future and also make steemit a better place for us all.

What I understand by the word curation

In my own mind and also with the knowledge I have learnt about the word in steemiit,I can equally give hints that curation can be seen or defined as a process of selecting,organizing or rewarding outstanding performance of a person.

In steemit,we can ideally say that curation can be seen as the act of rewarding the hard work of a fellow by dropping votes and giving them the strength to do more.

My favorite team for November

Each of the teams are all doing great,the steemit team had gone a long way to scout out users who are worthy and giviing them the permission to use each of the steem curator keys to help raise better steemians.

The best curation team I ever loved iis the steemcurator03 account,it is indeed the best,it goes around the platform every second of the day,looking for contest holsters,and then reward them because they are really contributing to the growth of the ecosystem by creating contests for there fellow steemians to gain the opportunity of getting more votes and rewards.

reasons for my selection

I really selected this curation team because they are always there to reward contest creators, because it is not easy for someone to sacrifice his or her resource so that others can gain from it.

I really live and will like to be part of this team is because they are always following the rules,I read some of their comments in most contest creators post,and they tell them that there post were not curated because they are not in a club,and reading through this comment really makes me to know that they are always abiding by the rule.

Difference I will bring if I was in any of the curation team

Well,all the curation team are all good and I don't think there is any other difference that needs to get in there,they have been thought on which type of posts to curate on,and the most amazing one is that the curation team has given them the permission to curate on posts that are posted directly on a person's blog as far as it is of good quality,with the correct tags and so many other things.

There are no other change to bring there,rather as a new member,I have to abide by their rules and regulations.

Do you consider your post a quality one,give reasons for that

No one is really perfect,for me I do try my best to keep much of my time in creating a quality post, although am still an average student,but I do try my best when it comes to creating quality posts,so I will say that I do creat quality posts which are rewarded.

Reasons

• I create posts that brings more change to the ecosystem.
• I abide by the rules by doing the club,justifying my words and also setting at least quarter potion of my post either to the community or to null.
• I create posts that are plagiarism free.

Is sc01 and sc02 partial??Give reasons

I can even come up to say if they are partial, because the steem or steempower they are using to vote is there's and it's there investment,they are just there to help others achieve there goal and also to help them become what they really want to be in life.
The votes they cast on votes goes a long way to give people cash to pay there bills and sometimes to solve one or two problems.
So,my answer is that they are not partial.

Reasons

• They go through each and every corner of the platform,looking for posts that are of good quality and give rewards to them.
• They bring out rules which will go a long way to help in the development of the steem Blockchain.
• They host contest around the Blockchain and reward users who make great post out of the topic that are been marked out by the community.

Type of post to curate if I were sc01 or sc02

If I was given the opportunity to become one of those two curation accounts,I will curate in posts that are of good content and great quality.

I will cast my votes on posts that abide by the rules of the Blockchain which are always making plagiarism free posts.

I will cast my votes mostly on users who tend to help others grow with the little resource they have.

I will go around and look for those users who have never received good votes even after creating quality contents and curate on their posts.

Conclusion
