Hello everyone! I greet you friends and fellow steemians. How are you doing so far? I trust you are strong and lively. My regards to all of you, the active members of this platform. I wish you success in all you do for a living. My end location has been a huge hinderrance of power supply but I will keep struggling to at least show up as often as I can, participating in contest like this and my personal content creation. It's my pleasure to be part of this week Contest as organised by sir @simonnwigwe, "The customer is always right" and will disclose my ideas based on the very topic.

What do you understand by the phrase customers are always right?

Yes, I must say in my own opinions, that this phrase "customer is always right" is only traceable to business arenas or terrain and meaningful and acceptable as such and again, only if only, the meaning has not exceeded the boundary of this same business terrain, were the judgement which might or might not be tolerated beyond the territory, is the king of acceptability for the fact that every serious business minded persons, would never want to lose any of his customers no matter what right, they claim at the spot or later around transactions therefore, the precedence and prominence of the said phrase "The customer is always right" in the business world.

To be more clearer and emphatic, the phrase "The customer is always right" is not correct or untrue because structurally and literally, customers are not always right. For instance, if am rendering service to someone perhaps my customer, and he strikes in the chick, I don't think I will leave such actions to same popular statement ordinarily but if my heart can contain and permit, I might take it because of one reason that I don't want to lose his patronage because he might be one of my best customer, I must do what I can do, tolerate in order to retain him, by sorting what the problem is out hence the presidence and prominence of the phrase "The customer is always right"

As a customer, have you ever seen yourself in a situation where you were treated specially because of the above phrase? Please tell us about it

Yes people intended treating me as such, but I don't accept them as a Wiseman, I know what is right, I don't have to appear in someone's business centre, claiming what in real life, prohibited and attribute them to the customers are always right. I am alegic to fake life or dispensation, whenever the business men or women struggle to treat me as such phrase demands, I adjust myself to reality and applicable facts beyond the business territory because I know that they are trying to tolerate some character or mistreatment only to retain the customers, it's not a will.

However, I also stand for my right wherever I know, in reality, my claim is true, not framed, I claim my right, for instance, I have right to check the expiration date of a goods sold to me and nobody is privy to deprive it from me. So, I have been treated based on this phrase "The customer is always right" and based on the reality reasons behind my claim and when in my case, they're never in haste to say customer is always right because they know, truly or in reality I am right.

As the one offering the service, have you ever been in a situation where you have to treat customers exceptionally because of the above phrase? Please tell us about it.

Yes I have been in such situation, and I treat people exceptionally based on the phrase "The customer is always right" weighing their levels of exposition since people's claims and actions determines their level of understanding. And because I want to retain them as my customers, no matter what they claim, wether truly right or wrong, I treat all things politely and insists, customers are always right in order to entice and placate them over coming back the next day.

I have lot of experience treating customers as the phrase demands "The customer is always right" it's a phrase to learn human management, especially in Businesses, containing individual perspectives and perceptions hence the progress and promotions of the business in motion. I use the phase to make my customers happy and for them to come back for me the tomorrow, it doesn't mean they are always right in reality but tolerate to retain the patronage.

"The customer is always right" is not right phrase to use because in reality customers are not always right. Sometimes, some, claim somethings out of ignorance and some people, deliberately claim some unfair treatment only to hut the trader or the business men. Therefore I would advise that people or the society should invest more in education, to them, the individuals and those, the intended business men and women to know and memorise what is the right the other person and give it out without offering for painful acceptance of mistreatment due to ignorance.
