WORRY

Worry is the state of being anxious and troubled over actual or potential problems.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO WORRY AND IS BAD TO DO SO

To worry means to be anxious about something, to practically clone the mind with the thought of a particular event or an outcome.
Form my opinion it is bad to worry.

DOES WORRY SOLVE PROBLEMS

My answer is no...
While worrying, the mind
doesn't get the chance to concentrate so as at that it can't help u solve your problems.
In addition to changing the structure of the brain, the hormones that your body's releases when it is stressed can even destroy the neurons in your brain, hence it accumulates problem instead of solving them.
Furthermore, just like the musician said "Overthinking no fit solve problems", actually I support the statement because it only lands you in problem instead of solving them.

HIGHLIGHT THREE (3) CAUSES OF WORRYING.
  1. Poverty; at some point when we are at our lowest we are actually bothered on where we will get money to feed, cloth, do other important stuff so it becomes something to think about.

  2. Exams; students especially are bothered about passing their exams, they worry much about it, it conceals them from doing other things they are just engrossed in thinking on how to pass such exams, most especially when they are done with the exams they start thinking if they passed or fail, this worry sometimes cloud their thinking it brings exams fever and lack of courage.

  3. Threats; what makes other worry most times is because they are threatened by people or things around them, and this totally dissociates them and give them the inferiority complex.

HIGHLIGHT THREE (3) CONSEQUENCES OF WORRYING.

From my own opinion, to worry is actually bad my reason being that;

  1. Worrying turns into a loop of repetitive negative thinking, it can trigger anxiety, including the physical effects of worrying on the body, such as a sense of dread, a racing heartbeat, and headaches or stomachaches.

  2. It leaves depression, that can ruin a person mental stability, trauma and many other effects.

  3. Worry Increases your breathing and heart rate, concentrating blood flow to your brain, where you need it. This very physical response is preparing you to face an intense situation. If it gets too intense, however, you might start to feel lightheaded and nauseous; this increase the blood pressure of a person and may cause critical damage to a person system.

FOUR SOLUTIONS TO AVOID WORRYING TOO MUCH
  1. As Christians would say it we should learn to trust and put our faith in God, rely on him pray and have believe.

  2. Take a mindful relaxation break, to help you relax your mind and stray it away from all that disturbs you.

  3. Write down your worries, and plan effectively on how to eliminate them.

  4. Ask for help; asking others for help is always a useful approach to eliminate worries, as it is Said 'a problem shared is a problem half solved'.

Saludos, ekemini01. 🌿✨

Thank you for the invitation @ekemini01. I shave gone through you post and I must commend how you write so well. I really admire the points you raised such as writing down our worries so we can eliminate them and most especially asking for help. I have asked for help when I was worried but I have never written them down. I try that soon.

Thank you so much for the invitation. I enjoyed going through your content.

Worry is one thing we see happen everyday. But like you have mentioned we must learn to handle over our worries to God.

God is eager to help us out when ever we tell him our pain and worries.

Hello there.... i realised from your post that worry is nothing but a gate pass to death of the Spirit, soul and body and Many have been a victim of this unconsciously. Thanks for the eye opening, and i hope we all learn the risk in worrying.

¡Saludos amiga!😊
