Stress is what you feel when you're worried or anxious about something, whether physical or visionary. Stress is a normal part of life, and it's what everyone experiences, which requires an amendment or response. Sometimes, stress can be positive and spur one to be productive, creative, preparing for challenges, and staying motivated and focused.
🩸What is the best way to handle stress?
There are many tricks to handle stress, either physical stress or imaginary stress.

Creating a time for hobbies: This is for imaginary stress, as you always think about something or having something burdening you. The next step you should take is to involve yourself in hobbies that will make you forget your worries.
Having enough rest : it helps the body to relax and regain enough strength.
Try to avoid too much thinking and stressful situations: To avoid stressful situations, you have to believe that no matter how you fail today for not meeting your expectations there's still a chance for you to continue the next day. To build a castle, it takes time, so what I'm trying to figure out is that we should learn how to schedule our timetable to enable us to have less stress.
🩸Have you been stressed up before ? What caused it, and what did you do.
Yes, both physical and imaginary. Like i said, it's a general stuff that we encounter always. During the time i was involved in home cleaning services, they were an emergency from my clients she called me when i was already preparing to go to another work, which i have already promised the client and he has made payment already so i was very confused over the one i should attend first. I said to the woman who needed my services urgently that I'm occupied already. She said i should try my best that she is ready to pay with extra funds.
When i heard extra funds, my mind divided that's to see the power of money. Immediately, i told her that I'm definitely coming to do the home cleaning for her after I'm done with the first client. In a normal i suppose to attend to only one client a day to reduce stress for myself. After i was down with the first person, I rushed to the woman house and started another work, and this client is not just something you can use a few hours and clean its trawling cleaning.
Then, when i finished cleaning, it was already late, and all my body was seriously in pain most especially my legs. She paid the money as she promised. That was not a problem, but my body was not in order due to the stress i forced myself into. When i got home, I took a body relief medicine 💊 and slept off. I slept around 8 pm till the next day. When i woke up, i told myself that no matter any amount of money that i would never engage myself in that kind of stress anymore.
What i passed through was physical stress, which was the reason why i decided to take medication to relieve the pains, and I took a deep sleep before i regain my self.
🩸Do you think stress can solve these life challenges?
Stress can never solve life challenges. Instead, it will make the challenges to be worse. Stress on its own is a challenge it has the good part, which makes you meet up to your challenges. On the other hands it has a higher rate of cause illness and mental issues in human health.
🩸What advice can you give to someone who is under stress right now.

My advice to anyone who's under stress is to try to minimise your stress. I know you are pursuing a target, but that doesn't mean you need to kill yourself. Life is bit by bit. Even God didn't create everything at a time upon. He has the power to do so. He still chooses not to stress himself even with the easy way he was creating the world. He still gave himself a day to rest. So, who are you to overstressed yourself. Please let's try and control stress because it damages our inner health.
