Today I want to report again an incident that is currently rampant in my neighborhood to my friends here for my participation in the CONTEST ALERT: My Neighborhood Watch #60.

Currently in our residential area it is the fruit season which makes the market always crowded because many people go to the market to shop for fruits, the fruits that are in season in our area are also diverse, including rambutan, mangosteen, mango, durian, orange, langsat fruit, salak fruit and many more.

With the many fruits that are brought down by farmers to the city, of course it can attract the attention of many people which makes people flock to the market to shop for fruits.

And I am also one of those who really like fruits, especially now that the price of fruits is very cheap which makes me often go to the market to buy fruits.

When I was shopping for fruits today, I was suddenly surprised by people cheering loudly with the word "thief, thief", then my eyes immediately turned to the crowd around me.

When I asked people what was happening, they said that there had just been a thief who had just stolen a wallet from a market visitor.

And the thief was able to escape because the person who owned the wallet was late to realize that his wallet had been stolen by the thief, according to the wallet owner's testimony, in the wallet there was cash amounting to Rp 800,000 or equivalent to 313 STEEM.

This incident made me very shocked because the incident was really very close to me, from this incident also made me more aware to be more careful when going anywhere because crime is everywhere.

And now when I go to the market or anywhere I always put valuables in my pants pocket and avoid holding them in my hands because they are very easy to steal by people in the crowd.

Of course, this incident is also a reflection for friends to always be careful when outside the house because crime is always around us.
