Hi Steem4Nigeria friends

There are always exciting events and news that I always want to share with my friends here for my participation in the My Neighborhood Watch #64 contest organized by my brother @xkool24.

In the past few days in Aceh Province, which is the province where we live, a national sports week is being held which we have been looking forward to for the past few years, because the national sports week or what we usually call PON is not always held in Aceh.

Because every PON is held every 4 years, it will be held in different regions in Indonesia. And in this national sports week event, the government will hold 33 sports which will definitely be very exciting to watch because all the athletes who play in this sport are all professional athletes.

Here are 33 sports that will be held at PON XXI in Aceh this month:

  • Aero Sport
  • Fencing
  • Weightlifting
  • Weightlifting
  • Rafting
  • Baseball/Softball
  • Horse Riding
  • Basketball
  • Handball
  • Bridge
  • Rowing
  • Hapkido
  • Judo
  • Kempo
  • Kurash
  • Korfball
  • Sailing
  • Shooting
  • Muaythai
  • Archery
  • Rock Climbing
  • Petanque
  • Rugby
  • Diving
  • Surfing
  • Soccer
  • Sepak Takraw
  • Roller Skates

Those are the 33 sports that will be held at PON XXI this time, and the closest one held in our residential area is the aero sport or what is called hang gliding which will be held at the Malikussaleh airport in North Aceh.

A few days before the event started, several hang gliding athletes had started practicing at Malikussaleh airport, and there was also a small incident that made us spectators scared when the training event was held, because there were several athletes who coughed while gliding.

However, they all survived because the athletes fell with the parachute they were using, for us laypeople who had never seen this event before, it was quite scary.

This is my entry for this week's contest, I also want to invite @dekki, @dikimon2 and sister @m-fdo to participate together in this contest.
