Greetings friends of Steemit and Steem4Nigeria
It's always exciting to make post in a community like Steem4Nigeria. Before I start I would like to invite two fellow Steemians @crismenia and @eveetim to participate in the contest.
There were heated exchange in SC over the postmortem of RG Kar victim. Supreme court directs the junior doctors to report duty by 5 PM today. CJI asked the State governments on security infrastructure what has been installed ?
It is an extremely rare politician who gives up a position of political power who is that rare Johar Sarkar has decided to resign from the Trinamool Congress as a Member of Parliament over his disquiet in the handling of the RG core rape and murder.
The Supreme Court has once again resumed its hearings into the case. A hearing in which the Integrity of the postmortem and the forensic report was yesterday raised before a bench led by the Chief Justice.
The chief justice has also asked the protesting Junior doctors to return to work. He set a deadline and he has said that if this deadline is not met then the doctors will have no recourse if disciplinary actions are taken.
But in the meantime the questions continue to mount as to whether the truth of this case will ever be uncovered.
A person feeling that disquiet and sharing that disquiet and anger of those who are out of the street is Trinamool Congress Member of Parliament Jahar Sarkar who's also been of course a senior civil servant. Mr Sarkar has declared in a letter to Mamata Banerjee that is publicly available his decision to resign as Member of Parliament.
The media reports that Mamata Banerjee tried to dissuade him but he has called out the mishandling of what he says is a spontaneous public protest the likes of which he has not seen in many years what makes somebody do something as rare as giving up a position of political power. It's not just rare it's almost unheard of and that shows to you the depth of anger in West Bengal and in fact across the country.
Today over what has happened to a young woman who was only doing her job when she was raped and killed and the coverups since then have compounded the horror of what unfolded Johar Sarkar
"there was no way I could otherwise get across to the leadership that this is not a political movement you know II mix around with common people I stay in a very middle class area I know what's going on I know first we thought it was a class war between the middle class upper middle class educated classes that don't like Mamata Banerjee they don't like her but then I found it's not a class war it's actually more than that the even those who are not part of the educated layers they everybody's participating
it's it's i' I've gone and seen it for myself in some places I covered my face with handkerchief that's all because I needed to that amazing you know at I went out in the streets as a student activist I mean everybody does these things so I also did it from then till today I'm 72 I have not seen such a spontaneous display of public anger
sustained over a long period of time we have seen rage comes up it goes away that sort of a thing it can be cool down but here I've never seen such spontaneous display so when I kept on hearing from the leadership and from people wiser that being politics that you take it easy it's a political war and things like that I looked around and I found yes there are some elements of the BJP or the CPIM who are at the sidelines but they were literally told to leave. so you have to understand that the bulk of it is nonpolitical there are political people".

Your report has bring my attention to the real behavior of some people when having opportunity to occupy portions.
It normal that things do happen every day and we learned lesson.
But with that we have thought from the past,we still fall into subsequent temptations.
