It is a natural reaction of the human body and the mind to the challenges and problems and the stimulus is called as a stressor. These are the stimulus such as in the form of deadlines of work, exam preparations and it can be issues related to the financials and may be health problems. When someone face a with a stressor his or her body responds by the release of the hormones such as cortisol adrenaline.these hormones prepare the human beings to fight or flight from the threat and we can say that it is a fight or flight response.
Some degree of the stress can be advantageous because it can motivate us to do something better and chronic stress can cause serious health issues. The elongate period of stress can cause damage to the mental and physical health. In the form of physical health issues, the stress can cause headache, it can weaken the system of immunity and also the problems with the digestive system can occur. The issues associated with the mental health such as anxiety, depression can occur.
There are two categories of the stress chronic stress and acute stress.The actue stress is a short time and it can result in presenting and also giving interview for a job. While on the other hand, the chronic stress is long term and it can occur while facing damage to the personal relationships.

Managing stress is very important for the maintenance of over all health physical health and mental health.There is a combination of teg techniques to handle stress and provide us relaxation. By doing regular physical activity we can relieve stress and it is best way to manage stress because the process of physical activity or exercise release the endorphin hormone and these are the natural agents to life our mood and it is helpful to reduce the level of anxiety and depression. We can add activities such was walking, running, jogging and dancing in our physical activity routine to improve our mental health which affected by the stress.
Deep breathing exercises can be helpful to eliminate stress and depression because these techniques are helpful to encourage to clear their minds from overwhelming thoughts the people who are facing stress.
It can also helpful to talk to family, friends and colleagues about our problems and stress because it will provide us emotional attachment with them. And their attention can make us strong and give us a sense of belonging and comfort.
