Describe the current situation of your country or homeland in terms of economic, financial and social aspect.
Presently in my country Nigeria, we are facing alot of hardship both financially, economically and otherwise. Nigeria is experiencing a terrible state of economic situation where money does not come easily and where the price of goods and commodities have risen to a shocking limits. On the financial aspect, getting money isn't easy at all and our government are not helping. The financial recession is too much whereby causing the life of every family to be affected in different ways.
On the social aspect, here we are talking about our government providing social amenities for the community at large. Social amenities includes; electricity, boreholes, transportation, pipe-borne water, water supply, infrastructures,etc. In my homeland,our government does not provide all these for the citizens and over-looked them making life difficult for us.

What challenging situations have you faced in your country?
In Nigeria, we have faced and ecountered alot of challenging situations. Currently, the rate of unemployment here is apolling and has caused poverty and hardship which is now making some of our youths to go into stealing, bribery, drug trafficking, prostitution, etc inorder to sustain a living. Corruption have taken many forms in the country. Our leaders should try to lead by example and not the other way round. Presently now, our government have removed fuel subsidy and we are now buying a litre of fuel for #650 naira. The government is inflicting more hardship to the citizens and they are not a helping hand. I must say that the high cost of living is too much.

Despite these challenges, how do you survive/manage life?
The economic and financial recession have really made alot of people to suffer. But despite all these situations and challenges facing us, God has been faithful to me and my family. Though things are very costly in the market now, but me and my family eats 3 square meals and be okay. Sometimes, when things get very tough, we go to our farm in our compound where we planted many food items like; vegetables, bitterleaf, waterleaf, pepper, cassava, plaintain,etc and be managing life.
What lessons have you learned from the experiences you've had in your homeland/country?
My fellow steemians who are living in Nigeria will understand better what I just explained. Experience is the best teacher. All the experiences and challenges we encountered, some of them serves as lesson to us. One of the biggest lessons I had ever learnt within this economic situations is that we should try to manage and comport ourselves wherever we are. We should be contended with what we have and have the spirit of love and oneness within us.
