Vegetable soup is one of the best soup which everyone should love eating. This is because it contributes 30% of our healthy living.

I would recommend this soup to you because it's economical. However, you can still prepare it the way you wish to prepare it. However, here in Calabar, the effik women knows how to prepare it very well that will give satisfaction. The Procedure

• Steam your meat together with the fish.
• Put the water leave and steam it together.
• Put all your condiments
• Put the Vegetable
• Add Enough oil.

At this point, the soup is done. You should make sure that the vegetable is 3 minutes before you keep it down to maintain the content of the ingredients of the vegetable.

You can enjoy this soup with fufu or you can still enjoy it with garri.
