Problem no dey solve problem, it was said by a popular musician in nigeria, actually problem doesn't solve our problems, we all have worries in one way or the other but how we respond to our worries determines what we get in return, oops before I conclude everything i officially invite @bossj23 @patjewell and @goodybest to partake in this contest.


Worry can be define in several ways depending on people perception, today I'm gonna define worry according to my perception, journey with me as i continue in this topic.

What does it mean to worry and is it bad to do so?

In my normal sense of humor, to worry simply means to open space for mental anxiety, to trouble peace of mind, to put concern on uncertain things, worrying sometimes can be in good mode it can also be in bad mode.

IS IT BAD TO WORRY?.

It depends on what we are worried about, for instance it's not bad to worry about our loved ones, our friends or relatives when going for long travel, we can even pray and wish for save journey, this types of worried doesn't last yes we get back to our normal state of life when our traveller reach it's destination safely.


But they're these set people that put all their thoughts on things they are worried about, sometimes if they carefully check about those things they're not reasonable things to worry about, these types of people can easily experience depression, no happiness and always moody, this type of worry comes with negative consequences, check them out.

Does worry solve problems? If yes, why? If no, why?

Nope, it increases our problems Why?

According to doctors, when we worried too much, we exposed ourselves to insomnia lack of sleep, i can remember when i worried about my result in school during my SS2 third term, i couldn't sleep earlier like i used to before, i experienced unnecessary headaches and discomfort, all this is because of worry and instead of solving my problems it increase my problem.


Also when we worry especially on things we can't help, These worries can quickly escalate in our minds to the worst case scenario, at this point it greatly makes us feel more anxious, stressed, tensed and took away our attention on the present things, really bad to worry.

Highlight 3 causes of worrying and 3 consequences of worrying

Too much concern about our future.

Lack of money

Lots of situations to deal with

CONSEQUENCES OF WORRYING.

IT EXPOSED OUR MENTAL HEALTH TO SICKNESS.
Sickness like headaches, anxious and stressed even sometimes dizziness comes to us when we worry about our problems, it's just our heart dealing with our problems but it affects our mental health.

DEPRESSION.
We experience depression when our hearts try to solve or deal with our worries, we feel unhappy and anxious, the worst part is that we might even commit suicide amd die.

LACK OF PROPER SLEEP.
The doctors call it insomnia, worry can introduce us to insomnia and discomfort leaving us with lots of thought, we find it complicated to sleep at night, continuously thinking about our problems is really dangerous, be warm!!

State 4 solutions to avoid worrying too much

Shows gratitude and always smile.
Sleep.
Keep our mind on the present things and avoid the past.
Let others help us.
These four words can possibly help us stop thinking about our problems, these four words are not just words but a solution to individuals that suffer from worry, when we apply and put those four words in practice we can will surely salvage from worry.

CONCLUSION

"If you have worked yourself up with positive thought into a good mood, this is a good time to spend time with people you care about."

Sometimes we find it difficult to forget or take off our mind from worrying but putting our mind on positive thoughts can be an easy strategy to salvage from worry therefore let's all continue to put our mind on positive thoughts, smile and spend our times with people we cared for, by doing so worry will stay miles away from us.
