Steem greetings guys. Though my day was hectic but I'm delighted that I will be able to share with you guys how my yesterday was and how I successfully completed and delivered the burial programme job that I had at hand. I began yesterday when I woke up by 5am as my alarm rang. Though I had wanted to leave to my office very early, but it wasn't possible due to the same issue of bad transformer that has been making us in my area to have almost a permanent water challenge.
After morning devotion, I swept the house and put everything in order as it supposed to be before I entered bathroom to brush my teeth. Initially I had a plan of cooking yam and ate with the remaining stew that I had in the house before going to work, but when I went to fetch water in where we used to fetch since our transformer is still in bad condition, there was no water. They said the little petrol that remained in their generator, they used it to pump little quantity of water which they sold all on Tuesday evening.
I had to trek a far distance to some other place to fetch water, and that took my time more than I expected.

It was already 8am when I finished fetching the second time so, I had to cancel the initial plan of cooking yam to avoid much lateness to work and entered the nearby shop and bought ripe bananas and ate as breakfast. I founded that as the quickest breakfast to be able to meetup with work in the office.

I arrived my office by 10:15 am, it was very late and I wasn't comfortable with that. I hate lateness and absenteeism when it comes to my work. It further provoked me when my office neighbors told me that my customers has came and some gone. It was only 2 of my clients that wanted to take passport and typesetting respectively that waited for me.
I hurried and tidy my office so that I can attend to them. When I finished with them, apart from some minor works like photocopies, lamination, spiral binding etc, I had only one major work which was the design and printing of burial programme which I had already started the work.
Though the burial will be tomorrow 29th November, 2024 in Aba, Abia State. Aba is 69.9km distance from Uyo where I am. My client needed to travel today with the burial programme to Aba to join his bereaved relatives for the burial preparations.
Since I'd promised him that the job will be done and delivered that yesterday, I didn't have any other option that to put my full concentration on the job. I was able to finish both the design, printing, lamination and trimming by 7:10pm.

I called him when I was done with everything, since it was late he said I should package everything and keep for him to pick this morning when he wanted to travel, and I did exactly as we agreed. I went back home that yesterday by 7:35pm. I was very tired so I quickly freshened up and ate garri and soup and entered bed. I slept like a little baby till day broke.
