Hello friends and famz, the reward for the just concluded contest is ready. The entries were indeed superb. Indeed, no man is an Island of knowledge. There is always something to learn from one another.
Going through the entries was quite interesting. From the entries, I could draw a conclusion that Experience is the best teacher, it's actually what majority supported, backing their claims with cogent points.
I also love the fact that some of the participants brought balance to the aspect of wisdom and experience. Let me share with you some of the points I adapted from the entries.
It is important to remember that it (experience) is not the only teacher. People should also seek out other sources of knowledge, such as books and lectures, to supplement their learning.
The level of wisdom a person has is dependent on the rate of IQ they have through experience
However, gaining knowledge from reading only books, magazines e.t.c will not make a person wise, but it'll make that person intelligent
Real-world experience is one of the best teacher, it is hands-on and deals sharply and directly with our senses.
Since am obligated to come up with my winner as usual, I had to select top four entries, which capture those in the story category and those with other presentation style.
Trust me it was quite difficult arriving at this selection, everyone wrote and presented beautifully. I even had to introduce some measures of fairness just select our winner. This does not mean those who weren't selected didn't do well. Every one did well like I said but then, everyone can not be declared winner.

If you didn't make it to our top 4 in this contest, do not worry, more will be coming your way very soon, just do well to give your best. Ensure to include the specific and relevant tags for contest, improve in your presentation styles and be original, just be yourself.
Thanks for your time. See you soon in our next prompt. Till then, enjoy!
