Wash your cinnamon stick very well and add it to the same pot where you have your Vitex, turmeric, and ginger add just one cup of water cover, and allow it to boil for 10 -15mi-15minutes, then your herbal tea is ready, allow it to cool a bit at least warm sieve and discard the chaff drink it warm and you are good to go.
