Are you one of those that loves good food?

I am a lover of good food, I eat healthy, I rather eat good food once a day than eating anything eatable. I eat good to look healthy because after a day stressed without eating good food is harmful to your body because you can never look healthy. So eating good food will make me look strong and I will feel better both physically and mentally.

Well I can say I am a good food eater because i really like eating and enjoying myself. But that doesn't mean I put anything I see into my mouth. I really love quality food. I don't eat at any eateries that I see, I am very careful with what goes into my stomach.

how to cook Nigeria jollof rice

What you need to start with is to parboiled your rice so that you don’t end up with mushy rice at the end.
After parboiling your Rice keep it aside, then steam your fresh tomatoes and tin tomatoes together, When you are cooking the tomato stew, you will know when it is done because you will notice the oil rising to the top. It will be deep red in color and the bitter taste of the tomatoes has been cooked out.
Reserve quarter of the tomato mixture and add it at the end to help prevent the rice from burning. Also, it will gives the rice that beautiful red color that we all love. When the water has dry off you can add your carrots and green beans and bring down your pot of rice

What's your favorite food found in your country.

My Nigeria favorite food is nothing but jollof rice. The thing is that no matter where you're from, weather you are from the north, south west, south east or riverine, Jollof rice is just everywhere. Jollof rice is often at the top of the menu at every occasion you attend because it is easy to prepare, accepted by all and could be easily varied to suit the economic power of the host.
