Greetings Everyone
Humility
Humility is an underrated and often overlooked quality. It is something that is often mentioned in religious texts, and it may seem old-fashioned, but it is an essential feature of this time.
Humility, in fact, is one of the most powerful and important characteristics of growth, inside and outside the ring. Humility helps build confidence and facilitates learning, which are important aspects of leadership and personal development.
You can never influence society if you don't change yourself... The great pacifists are all honest, sincere, but humble people."
Let's talk about what humility means, how you can develop it, and how it can improve your performance both internally and externally.
What is Humility?
The definition of humility is the feeling or attitude that you do not have any special importance that makes you better than others or that you lack pride. At first glance, humility seems like a bad quality, almost a sign of weakness rather than strength. In fact, humility is a form of shyness that will take you far in your life as a person, competitor, and leader. Let's see it another way. A person who lacks humility is arrogant. He is a person who only thinks of himself and thinks that he is superior and better than others. A proud person is not allowed to correct himself because he does not know his faults. A humble person does not have a growth mindset. The best trainer in the world still has a lot to learn from wrestling, and he must always fulfill his duties not only as a teacher but also as a student. When a competitor or coach loses the ability to see his weaknesses, he will never be able to reach his full potential, because life is an endless journey of growth and learning. Pride robs a person of the ability to achieve.
Why Do We Need Humility?
Humble people are not proud of their accomplishments. Rather, it is knowing the time, place, and rhythm that you can share with the world.
Here are some examples of what it means to live modestly and humbly.
Be a coach and allow criticism to fuel improvement instead of anger.
Apologize after a mistake you made.
Wishing the best for others instead of trying to bring success to yourself.
Help others below you in a skill to improve rather than put them down.
Look at those above you with practical and not envious eyes.
Challenge yourself more than others.
Humility is the asset of self development. When you live a humble life, you recognize the areas of your life that need work. If your trainer suggests a technique change to improve your performance in the ring, you must accept that your current technique is not the best for your goals. That comes down to letting go of your preconceived notions and trusting your coach. Only with humility and emotional intelligence can you allow these encounters to fuel your growth and potential.
We also need humility for inner well-being. Feelings of frustration and anger at failure come with every struggle in life. It is important that we understand humility so that we can better walk through that loss and recover from the fall. It may seem counterintuitive, but the more humble you are, the more resilient you become. If you can acknowledge and recognize your fall part, you can work to change it. If you add humility and passion to life, you will rise to the top and overcome failure.

Strengths and Weaknesses
It's important to focus on the positive and remember what you're good at. What did you do well today? How can you improve it? Being proud of your accomplishments does not negate the fact that there is always room for growth.
Also, it is important to look at your weaknesses, because everyone has them. What do you need to work on? Is there something you don't understand and need to ask? what's wrong? By acknowledging your weaknesses and seeing them as opportunities to learn, you can foster personal growth.

Not only has research on humility expanded over the years, but there is a growing body of evidence that shows how important humility is to all of us.
