Good morning afternoon and evening depending on your time zone today am writing about melon soup (egusi).

           INGREDIENTS

We are going to need 2 cups of melon(egusi) 10 balls of fresh pepper 🌶 20cl of palm oil hand full of crayfish we have meat (your desired quantity) we have snails we have two cups of water we have pumpkin or bitter leaf half cup of oil.

              PREPARATION

We first of all ground all our melon then we steam our meat and snails.
Then we go ahead as grounding our crayfish to make it blend , pound our pepper, wash our bitter leaf till it is no more bitter. So as we are steaming sour meat and snails we will add the already pound pepper and grounded crayfish.
Now after all that is on the fire we add our two cups of water then we go ahead as mixing our melon with drops of water to make everything
Be together that is the melon then cut your melon in little molds and pour it in to the pot and stir then put in yoir seasoning so in my case I will be using knoll seasoning (note we are using three cubes of this seasoning).
So when it is boiling you are going to add our half cup of oil and stir it once it is all mixed up you are going to add your salt then you stir together so when it is remaining little water we add our bitter leaf. after keeping it down from the fire we are now going to serve it with EBA OR FUFU
