Today I am going to participate in one of the most amazing contests organized in the Steem4Nigeria community with the Theme: Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 68: What is the best way to handle stress? So without wasting any time lets get into it.

Stress happens when something makes you feel worried nervous or like you have too much to handle. It’s your body and mind reacting to a challenge like studying for a test dealing with problems or rushing to finish something on time. A little stress can help you stay focused and get things done but too much can make you feel tired upset or even sick. It’s important to find ways to relax and take care of yourself when stress feels like too much.
What is the best way to handle stress? |

The best way to handle stress is to take care of yourself.
- Take deep breaths to calm down.
- Do something you enjoy like listening to music or drawing.
- Talk to someone you trust about how you feel.
- Take breaks and don’t try to do everything at once.
- Relaxing and asking for help from the Doctors if the Stress I uncontrollable.

Now I am a boy and at this time usually their is no stress on me.But if their comes a situation and I get stress from Hard situations etc then firstly, I would try to share this with my family member and focus on its solving.

Stress itself doesn’t solve life’s challenges but it can push you to take action. For example if you’re worried about a test the stress might make you study harder.
But too much stress can make it harder to think clearly. It’s better to stay calm focus on one step at a time and ask for help when needed
What advise can you give to someone that is under stress right now |

If you are feeling stressed take a deep breath and try to relax. It’s okay to feel this way but please try not to be upset because this is the thing which can harm u not physically but mentally.. Talk to someone you trust the more like a parent because no more is much sincere to you as your father nd mother are. and also try to tell them that how you feel. Sometimes just talking can help. Take a short break and do something you like such as listening to music drawing or going outside to play. Focus on one thing at a time and try to solve it step by step. Remember you are strong and things will get better.
