Last week was a tight week for me, I could say my engagement was not enough as the upper week, and this occurred as a result of life outside Steemit. Although I made sure of my entries in the ongoing engagement contest, am very sure I would have missed a lot of interesting information and educational publications by most of my fellow steemians, nevertheless imma catch up with the missed information/publications.

Exploring the steemit platform today I have read a lot of publications in different communities but most of my read articles were precisely in the steem Pakistan engagement contest. The topic of the ended week contest was a very good one, best among all because I brought a whole lot of suggestions and ideas on how to improve steemit and I must say, I find every effort toward the contest commendable.

There were several proposals according to user's interest, some suggested LIVE chat on steemit, bulletin board, steemit application, Artistic academy, video tabs, and many more. In the shot, I suggest that the steemit team should keep the sp-engagement link close to try and execute most of the proposed ideas accordingly in the near future because almost all were making sense.

The reason for this post was a publication I just read not quite long ago, the most efficient of all the proposed entries submitted to the community contest. This suggestion I have read in which I think we should put to work ourselves before the Steemit team makes it mandatory(if they do) is a publication by a user named @rosz which suggested the Idea of steem burn.

Seeing steem burn got me thinking about how related this is to the proof of burn concept, then I realize coins are burnt in other to mint another in pob consensus mechanism, Steemit is proof of brain, them I continue to focus on the message she was about to pass in her suggestion and there was how I realize that her proposal was for the benefit of the value of steem

Holding steem will help the value of steem a lot and the need to burn steem for a required process will make user adapt to holding the token. Steem burn as suggested should be the new trending initiative like every other ongoing project on the Steemit platform.

I so much would like to see an increased value of steem, so if burning 25% of our reward will see to change in the ratio of steem price, why not see beneficiary to @null and be a part of the steem growth we all have always wanted. remember today we made a sacrifice, tomorrow we reap the labor.

Let's put to action the words we write about growing steem value, here is a solution. I hope we all see sense in this new idea.
