Greetings everyone,

It's my pleasure to be here in this great community.

I want to say a big thanks to @steem4nigeria for organizing this interesting contest.
It is an awesome contest and I will love to participate in it.

Do you believe education contributes to societal development? Have you personally witnessed the positive impact of education in your society?

Yes,,, I believe 100% that education contributes to societal development.

Here are differ ways in which education has contributed to the societal development and I have personally witnessed it impact.

Economic Growth: Individuals who are educated has made alot of positive changes in the economic sector of the nation. They make informed decisions, strategic plans, brings different innovation and it also drives the economic sector growth.

Health Sector: Education has helped in making the health sector better. In essence, people who are educated make good decisions for healthcare and handles health challenges properly,, resulting to the better well-being of the people.

Eradication Of Poverty: Education has greatly contributed to the eradication of poverty today,, by providing more opportunities for educated individuals to increase their earning potentials and also how to manage their resources properly.

As a member of a society, what do you see as your role in promoting development?

Some of my roles as a member of the society in promoting development includes;

1. Active participation in the matters of the society, such as decision making and coming up with positive suggestions that can bring positive changes to the society.

2. Being creative by bringing innovative solutions that can serve as remedy to social problems/issues.

3. Involving in volunteering activities that can enhance development.

4. Acquire different skills and knowledge to be able to contribute to the community workforce.

How has the government contributed to the development of your society?

Some of the initiatives in which the government has used to contribute to the society development are;

Education and Health: The government has made immense contribution to the society development by ensuring affordable, quality and accessible education and they also brought different measures to curtail COVID-19 and other diseases such as Ebola, HIV/Aids etc.

Economic Development: The government has implemented a lot of policies in the country that has brought significant changes and development to the society.

Infrastructural Development: The government has ensured the progress of infrastructural facilities by constructing good roads, digging of public well and boreholes and making other social amenities available for the citizens.

Do you think artificial intelligence (AI) will lead to societal development in the near future? Please provide detailed explanations.

Yes! I think Artificial Intelligence (AI) will lead to societal development in the nearest future.

Here's why;

Currently, Artificial Intelligence has brought significance development such as easy access to both health, educational, cultural and international matters. It has also given easy access to business ideas initiatives to the society development.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) also helps in climate forecast, sustainable agriculture, made provisions of tools to assist people with disabilities, fosters emergency response, it forecast and prevents infrastructure failures and lastly diagnosis of different diseases, it preventions and cure has been accelerated by AI.

Therefore,,, Since Artificial Intelligence (AI) has already brought such a significant development to the society within a short while,, I strongly think that it will do more better in the nearest future.
