My home made Jollof Rice.

Jollof Rice

Jollof Rice is a very popular Nigerian food that is widely eaten by many people. It could be easily seen in major eateries, like De Choice, Food Affairs and many other eateries in Nigeria. Jollof rice is majorly served at functions such as Traditional Marriages, Weddings, Burial and many other functions.

Jollof Rice have a lot of nutritional values such as:

Carbohydrate, fat and oil and Vitamin A.

It can be served with any proteinous food such as beef, chicken, fish, egg either fried or boiled. I love Jollof rice because it is easy to prepare, contains quality nutritional values and affordable to prepare.
