Hi guys how are you all doing today, I'm so delighted to participate in this great and amazing contest organized by @simonnwigwe in the steem4nigeria community with the theme "The customer is always right".
In my todays entry I will be throwing a little insight on the important right of both the customer and that of the seller in any given marketing process.
WHAT DO YOU UNDERSTAND BY THE PHRASE CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHTS?
The phrase customer are always right in the chain of distribution of goods and services in a marketing process simply means that all activities done in the marketing process must be in favor of the customer*
AS A CUSTOMER HAVE YOU EVER SEEN YOURSELF IN A SITUATION WHERE YOU WERE TREATED SPECIALLY BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE PHRASE
Yes, I have been treated in a very special way due to the above mentioned phrase especially not long ago when I went to purchase a new phone which I'm using now in the royal line phone accessories shop, they treated me with so much respect and I was even given a beverage to drink infact it was so amazing
AS THE ONE OFFERING THE SERVICE, HAVE YOU EVER TREAT A CUSTOMER EXCEPTIONALLY BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE PHRASE
Yeah many times since I'm now a cashier in a bet shop and I've entertain and rendered service to a lot of customers since without customers the chain ⛓️ of distribution in marketing is not complete.
But due to the above mentioned phrase there are some special customers which I have been treating with more benefits than the other due to their commitment in our business example sometimes I used to give them extra free one hand for them after they might have loss their stake.

DO YOU THINK THAT THE PHRASE CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHTS IS THE RIGHT PHRASE TO USE
At some point or some instance it is the right phrase while some other situation it is a very wrong phrase why you may ask but I will explain
They reason why I said yes is because the sole aim of a seller is to satisfy the need and want of the consumer so he or she will do anything in other to satisfy their customers needs so as to be able to make profit
And why I said NO, is that as a customer just because there said customers are always right therefore you shouldn't over excercise your right as a customer by abusing or talking rudely to the seller
