Trust is a word that is used to give security to your secrets and everyone can trust on God and can trust on their self but it's not easy to trust upon others because we cannot see in the heart of other people that what they are thinking and can they keep our secrets secure or not but still we have to maintain trust for making the relationships stronger with others.
When you tell someone about any of your secret then it's always means that this is like you have a lot of belief at that particular person that's why you are revealing your secret and many times when you share any of your secret with someone then you need and advice at that thing or you want to make you feel like so it means that in your life you have to believe on someone must and it is your choice that which person seems to be more trustworthy to you.
In my country the situation is 50-50 because there are some people who trust on their friends and some are also who don't trust on anyone so I think if we trust in different members of society in which we are living then there should be a balance in it and if you don't trust on anyone then it means that you cannot have good relations in society.
In my friend circle different people share their life problems and life secrets with each other but they don't encourage to spread it a lot and they share their secrets but with limited persons and I am also from one of them but mostly I always try to keep my secrets to me because I firmly believes that no one keep your secrets secure for long term.
Yes I had many experiences in my life in which there were different trends who broke my trust that's why now I always avoid to make more close friends and for that reason I am saying that you can share very little things with others but it should be shared with others with balance and their should be no such a big secret to share with someone.
Whenever I trust on someone then all those people always try to exaggerate the situation and always reveal the secrets with other persons and now I am fed up with all the friendships and that's why I believe that the secrets that we can keep to ourself we cannot keep them safe by sharing with others because there is no one permanently your friend.
I think when you break trust of somebody then it becomes too much difficult to mend it because breaking trust means to break heart of someone and once you hurt someone then it becomes very difficult and sometimes it becomes impossible to mend it but still you can give it a try.
First of all you have to say sorry to that person for first and last time for your act and you should ask for any punishment from that person whatever he or she wants to give you and then you have to make your behaviour more good and polite with that person and you should take consistent with that so that other person realise that now he or she should forgive you for your act and it depends upon the situation that to which extent you have broken the heart of someone so if there would be something very little then you can be successful in handling this situation but otherwise it becomes very tough.
