Good afternoon steemians, how's everyone doing? The month of January is about rounding up and I hope you all are prepared for next month? I wish to thank @simonnwigwe for organizing this great contest.

Which is your favourite Initiative and why?

My favorite steemit initiative is the formation of numerous communities in this platform. Am very glad there's alot of communities in steemit because you can be very successful here in steemit on time if you remain active in so many communities.

Am active in so many communities in steemit and am sure from the picture above you can see my labels in few communities. I love being active in numerous steemit communities because it allows me to gain more information from the East, West, South and North of steemit.

How has this initiative help you to grow on the platform?

This favorite initiative of mine has helped me alot and am very happy about this. It has helped me to grow in these few ways;

• Getting votes from 85% of the communities in steemit thereby making my reputation currently 64

• Knowing different pattern of the way moderators in these communities review post. Am planning to create my community and I need to keep on making research.

• Having friends all over the platform from different countries and so many others.

If you are to propose a new initiative for the steemit team what will it be?

Steemit should recognise the various birthdays of the steemians here in other to know that steemit as a whole loves them all. Birthdays are special days and a birthday celebrant deserves a gift from their loved ones.

My point is that steemit should have a record of steemians birthdays in the platform and post about it that day as well as reward the birthday celebrant with at always 3-5 Steem that's all.

In your opinion, what do you think will help raise the price of the steem token.

Based on my opinion, I think that steemians should ensure to recruit new members on a daily basis so that the platform can be filled with alot of steemians who are ready to invest in steemit and thereby make the price of steem token profitable and productive.

When steemians keep on powering down and leaving the platform, steemit won't be as productive as it used to be. Is good to recruit members, I helped my bro to recruit a new member he brought to steemit and said we should guide him to post his achivement one post.

Conclusion

Steemit communities are very essential in this platform because it's one of the pillars of steemit and it brings steemians together. The newbie I was talking of is @tetsu26, he's very brilliant and writes alot. He doesn't have a phone on his own but very soon he will have one. Thanks for your time, bye for now.
