Introduction
Good day steemians, how's everyone doing today? I wish to thank @simonnwigwe for organizing this contest in this community. Most times people fail to listen to th voice of there customers.
What do you understand by the phrase customers are always right?
This phrase in my own understanding is a phrase that mainly has to do with the satisfaction of customers. As long as these customers are paying for the service that's being rendered to them, they have every right to be right because if you decide to prove them wrong, you end up provoking them and losing them.
As a customer, have you ever seen yourself in a situation where you were treated specially because of the above phrase? Please tell us about it
Yes but I wasn't treated that specially. Something happened last week when I went to buy recharge card, it was in a shop beside our shop. After buying this card I went back into the shop to load it and all of sudden I discovered that the card was already used by another customer.
I became scared that day, I was feeling reluctant to report this to the seller I bought it from because I was feeling she wouldn't believe me and say have loaded it somewhere else. I left those things behind and summoned courage to show her what I was seeing and she was surprised, she gave me another card to load in her presence and it worked and I told her thank you, happily.
As the one offering the service, have you ever been in a situation where you have to treat customers exceptionally because of the above phrase?
Yes I do. There was a day in the salon where a man who wanted to barb his hair was complaining that we should not cover him our neck wrapper since the neck paper has finished, instead he said we should cover him through the buttom and clip it with a peg.
This man said he doesn't know how many people that has come in contact with the neck wrapper that he doesn't want to have skin disease so we had to do as he wished because he's paying for the service.
Do you think that the phrase customers are always right is the right phrase to use? Give reasons why or why not.
I don't think this phrase is the right phrase to use because we are not perfect, which means that customers can't be always right. Customers doesn't know everything so they might request for something that doesn't even exists😂. Most customers are just full of proud and we can't just conclude that they are always right.

Conclusion
As long as we are still alive, we are all customers in one way or the other. A barber might be rendering service to he's customers but when he was to go to a particular place through vehicle, he automatically turns to a customer.
I invite @emsonic, @genomil, @solaymann, @jyoti-thelight and @fredquantum to participate in this contest.
