My Choice: Cold, Warm or Hot water?

My choice about weather is winter but I prefer warm or lukewarm water for drinking and bathing all year long. Summer season last longer than the other seasons in my country but winter is my favorite and last for short time. Water for shower or bath should be warm though it's true that having bath of cold or hot water has some benefits.

Since my childhood days I've issues of tonsils so I avoid drinking water of refrigerator or fridge. I can drink cold water or cold drinks occasionally but I can't allow it for regular drink. Natural water sources are my most favorite like rain water, waterfalls on the hills, river water though the water of river is getting polluted for excessive use or misuse of it in different ways.

Once I suffered a lot for drinking iced water. My tonsil in throat get bigger and I couldn't talk for few days. After proper medication I recover that critical situation. I thought I lost my voice forever but fortunately I get back it in a week. I never felt such helpless in my life. Since that time I try to avoid iced water for drinking and shower.

Water is life when it is pure, impure water can be dangerous for our life. Filtering is the process to get pure water for drinking, I drink filter water and it is mostly in room temperature (neither cold nor hot and warm). In the morning if we drink a glass of lukewarm water on an empty stomach, it can give us great result to maintain a good health.

I have a flask of 1.8 ltr that keep hot water hot and warm for more than 12 hours. I try to drink a glass of water in the morning on an empty stomach but it is usually in room temperature. Hot drinks like tea, coffee and others suit me more than the cold drinks. Occasionally I take warm bath but most of the time I take bath with the normal temperature water available according to weather.

In summer days it is not possible for me to take a warm shower or bath but when it is winter I love to heat water for my warm shower. Warm water is my preference but hot water is also nice to me and it will depend on weather. I only have serious problem with iced cold water or else cold water is suitable to me too. Having pure and suitable water in everyday life is a big blessing and I'm blessed that I have it.
