My Choice: Cold, Warm or Hot water?

It is a privilege to be able to share my opinion to my fellow steemians through the opportunity by Steem4Nigeria this day.
Water is one of the essential gifts nature has given to us. It could come in the form of rain, spring, streams, rivers, lakes and lots more; it could also be in different temperatures that are cold, hot or warm which is the topic of the post.

MY CHOICE
Chilly cold water? No
Scalding hot water? No
People have different preferences in their lifestyle, but I doubt if I would be able to stand a liquid that might burn down the throat or a glass cup of water so cold that it makes one feel like the whole mouth is about to freeze. Given these, I would choose having warm water over the other two.

REASON FOR MY CHOICE
I believe for whatever purpose, warm liquid ( tea, water) seems suitable, at least for me.
How convenient it is for me is one criteria to consider. No matter the weather conditions, I find warm water preferable to others.
During the cold season, having tea or cereal made with warm water would be able to provide the body with the required warmth. Likewise during hot weather, having a cup of warm tea or water might not seem like a bad idea as the not-too-harsh temperature would take no time in regulating with the body.
Warm water is not lagging as the nature of its temperature also promotes easy mobility which allows free flow of other fluids upon getting into the body system

HOW IT HAS BEEN OF HELP TO ME
In various ways, drinking or using warm water have been helpful to me and I am sure to a lot of people out there. Be it domestically or medically, warm water has played significant roles in my lifestyle and I would not mind sharing a few here.

  1. An instance is when having menstrual cramps. Even some medical practitioners would recommend the warm water therapy to reduce the cramp and regulate the blood flow by drinking and placing it below the tummy. This therapy, I have put to practice a couple of times and would recommend to others.
  2. Bathing with warm water, especially during the cold season, keeps and provides me with the required body warmth and quickly removes skin dirt. I would not deny the feeling of having soft skin after a warm bath too! Also warm bath during the hot season might be plausible as the sensation gradually cools off on my body
  3. Drinking enough warm water has also shown its importance to me by aiding the well-being of my throat, nose, lungs and other organs in the cardiac cavity. Every other person would not deny that too, especially when having cough or catarrh. It plays its role by dispersing and dislodging mucus
