Greetings to you my beautiful and handsome steemian friends,how are you doing today, I trust you are all doing great. As for me i dey gidipa 😀😀 well I meant to say I'm fine too.

I am excited to participate in this week 30 contest organized by steem4nigeria that says, worry doesn't solve problems.
It is very true that to worry doesn't solve a problem instead it worsen the situation.

So I'll implore us to stay with me as I take us through.....

What does it mean to worry and is it bad to do so?

To worry means, for someone to think about problems or an unpleasant situations that might happened and makes one to feel unhappy, sad and frightened.

And is it bad to do so?

We all know that worrying your head out won't or doesn't solve any problem instead you'll end up attracting more problems to yourself. Because it is detrimental to health.
Too much of worrying can cause you to loose focus, you won't be able to concentrate, you tend to easily get distracted by always staring into space. Infact worrying (thinking) is so bad that it will make you become a shadow of yourself. It is as bad as that.

Does worry solve problems? If yes, why? If no,why?

My darlings worrying does not change or solve problems, if you like sit from morning till evening and think about a particular problem, you'll be doing yourself more harm than good because the way it was, it the way it will remain, untill you take an action to effect a change before you'll see changes in whatever challenges you have.

Leave the rest to God.

Highlight 3 causes of worrying and 3 consequences of worrying

Causes
• Worrying can be caused by a death in the family
• Having to plan for a big event or occasion
• It could be lack of finances; to help execute or solve life's issues.

Consequences
• Insomnia; worrying can cause lack of sleep.
I remember when I used to stay up every night thinking and worrying about the problems of life, the thing really affected my health, I became dull academically and I lost flare for anything. It wasn't a nice experience I must say.

• Another consequences of worrying is that you became fatigued and very tired. Because worrying on it own is exhausting.

• Difficulty concentrating; if you keep worrying, you'll loose focus and you won't be able to concentrate while doing things.

State 4 solutions to avoid worrying too much

1: Is for you to try and get enough sleep, when you sleep you won't even know or hear what is going on in your environment. And the sleep will also help in relaxing your mind.

2: Practice deep breathing; This can also be referred to "meditation". Meditate on the positive side of things.

3: Another solution is to be "mindful" of our words and actions that can trigger worry and anxiety.

4: Exercise; This is very important as constant exercising would keep the overall body activities in check. And control the hormones that may be responsible for worrying.

In conclusion

Worrying is not good, it is detrimental to our health. So we should try as much as possible to avoid anything that may warrant us to worry.

Be content with what you have to avoid worries and also cut your coat according to your size.
