And the absence of good health is tantarmount to suffering, disease, unnecessary waste of money and many other grim results we would not love to hear. All these can simply be prevented with a few steps we overlook or feel is inconsequential, One of these is an Healthy diet.

The body like a vehicle needs an energy source and maintainance. Do you know that by reading this particular statement you've killed about 45 cells in your body...hey don't quit reading just yet, your 45 cells are renewed as we speak except you're probably smoking or eating something really unhealthy.
Your body needs heat to keep it warm and going or your teeths probably would fall off from constant rattling due to cold. The body somehow manages to do this.
Fighting infections is another primary thing your body does on a normal basis if not you probably would feel so weak that standing would become an issue that requires groaning, straining and loss of breath.
Getting up, jogging round, going to the gym, playing chariot with friends, going about your normal business and all of that is done by your muscles and Skeleton without getting a single electric charge or boost from solar panels or electric currents.
How then do our body carry out all these functions, what's the source of this energy, And how can we maintain it. The answer to these questions is found in a four letter word....AN HEALTHY DIET.

How do our bodies carry out the gamut tasks placed on it each day?...please read on.
Food is anything we eat to stay alive, Food to the human body can be compared to the fuel of a Vehicle. Just likes vehicle cant do without fuel, the human body too can't perform it bodily functions without food.
Food can be healthy or unhealthy;
An healthy food is one which contains all the classes of food in the right proportion and brings satisfaction and happiness.

So how do we know if a meal is healthy.
We can't measure the nutrients of the food by just tasting it or using a thermometer. However here are some things to look out for.
Does the food contain vegetables and fruits which are great sources of vitamins and minerals.
Does it have any nutritional value: Like someone who enjoys smoking sorry to say this, your eating a food with zero nutritional value. (But wait did I call cigarette food?🤣 If you want to stay healthy please avoid smoking).
How high is the food's energy/calorie content is it good for your body.
Are they body builders (protein) in my meal.
Is a source of hydration close by.
Is the type of oil used to prepare the meal good for you (oils low in cholesterol and fat are often recommended, especially for those with risks of cardiovascular disease and obesity).
With these in thought you can enjoy a happy meal and fret not about insufficient nutrients for your body daily activities.
