Hello everyone here on steemit platform. Greetings to you all especially to the members of the Steem4Nigeria community, i want to trust you are all doing great.
It has really been a while i posted here on this community and even on steemit platform as a whole due to few personal reasons, but after so many meetings and persuasion from my steemian friends i will affirm that i am fully back now .
This will to be my first post of the year 2023 and i am going to be engaging in the community contest "My Goal Or Target For The Steem Engagement Challenge Season 8" organized by @simonnwigwe

Please read through as i talk about my goals and target for the steem engagement Challenge season 8 and answer some of the questions stated in the contest rule. I just hope you enjoy reading while scrolling through.

Question 1 - What are your goals or target for season 8 of the steemit engagement challenge?

My goals and target for the season 8 steemit engagement Challenge are first; to be able to connect to different people around the world so as to learn various ways things are and are done in various part of the world. Secondly; i have a goal of recruiting new steemit users and teach them how the steemit platform works and how it can be of beneficial to them. Thirdly, i want to engage in more posts by following more people especially on the Steem4Nigeria community, commenting and voting. Also i want to boost my voting sci and reps and have more people also benefit from my posts too.

Question 2 -How do you intend to achieve this goal or target?

I intend to achieve these goals by making sure i login to the steemit platform and go through peoples post and engaging for atleast 4 hours every day.

I intend to recruit new members by creating awareness either by one-on-one conversation or on my statuses on other social media platform or even making customized shirt and face caps with steemit logo on it.
I also intend to achieve this goals by powering up all my steem so as to get more steem power to help me achieve more.

Question 3 -If you have the opportunity to make some changes in the steemit engagement challenge for season 8, what will you change?

If i had the opportunity to make changes in the steemit engagement Challenge for season 8, i will first of all make sure everyone is eligible to participate in any Challenge including new users that just signed up, secondly I'll make sure every post is been reviewed and accessed as fast as possible, I will make sure to be unbias when selecting winners in a particular challenge, i will make sure to give rewards based on quality and organisation of content And also i will make sure to increase rewarding benefits to those engaging in challenge so as to encourage people to do more.

Question 4 -What message do you have for all the selected communities for this season's engagement challenge?

I want to congratulate every community that has been selected for this season engagement Challenge. The efforts and hard works they have been putting toward creating an avenue for establishing qualitative posts and writing thus far was definitely unnoticed. My advice and apeal to all those community selected is to support creative writing and increase rewards for qualitative posts.

Conclusion

Setting of goals and target is one thing but achieving them is another thing. Yes it is never always easy as it sounds but with consistency and perseverance it can be done.
This contest is such a good one to engage in and i will like to invite all steem user especially my friends @gidsbrown @solexybaba and @ishayachris to participate in this wonderful contest
