What was one of your happiest childhood memories and why does it stand out to you?
As a child when I grew up I had so many happy moments which are worth remembering. I can remember when I was about going to JSS1 I was told by my uncle that if I take first position then he will get me a bicycle. By the grace of God I took first position, I was so happy that day that I finally got my bicycle and in addition to that my grandma prepared rice and stew for me , that was one of the most happiest childhood memories I have ever had.
Can you share a recent moment that made you feel grateful?
The recent moment was when I checked my school portal for the complaints I laid and it was not corrected at first, so I kept checking day after day but it was not corrected i nearly gave up. So one day I just logged in and I discovered that it was finally corrected I was so happy and I told my friends to check theirs. I literally screamed and thank God because I know what it would have cost me.
How do you think happy moment can impact our overall well-being and mental health?
When a person is not happy and always sad all the things it will affect his health badly and at times I might tag him or her as a sadist because even if there is a reason to be happy and you are not that means you are, but being happy will lighten your face and I can also say that you will live long because you do not worry too much and being happy is part of healthy routine for the body.
Do you believe happiness is a choice? why or why not?
Happiness is not a choice but it comes without you asking but at the same time you can create it for yourself will you not choose how we want to feel about it comes freely.
How do you cope with difficult times to ensure you still find moments of happiness?
Anytime I am passing through difficult times I do not allow my anxiety to weigh me down it is always said overthinking no fit solve problem better days are coming so if I have a problem I do not think about it too much but the weather I look ahead for better days because my happiness is paramount.
