It makes one have a good body physique
It makes one reduce his/her weight
It reduces fatigue and tiredness in an individual.
Exercise strengthens a person's cardiovascular system.
Sports encourage fair competition
Exercise strengthens the muscles of humans.
Exercise is a very important procedures because it strengthens our systems and prevents most illnesses or diseases from attacking our own body. Sports is also a form of exercise because it also strengthens the system.
Types of sports
- Football: This is a game that consists of 22 players who try to kick and score a goal with a goal keeper trying to keep the ball.
- Basket ball: This a also a game that consists of 22 opposing members of two teams and also consists of a basketball net or basket which the players try to score in with their hands.
They are many other sports like hockey, long tennis, water polo, and many others.
Sports and exercise are very beneficial to humans, without it people will easily die of obesity or other illness that exercise or sports can cure. Well that is all i have to say regarding sports and exercise, see you all next time thank you in advance.
