Chunky Tomato Pasta recipe - How to make Chunky Tomato Pasta

For 3 quantities
Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups lightly boiled, peeled, seedless, and roughly chopped tomatoes.
- 1 cup cooked Whole Wheat Pasta
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 cup light boiled broccoli
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, sliced
- 1 tsp dry red chili flakes
- Salt, as per taste
Method:
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and add garlic and fry it on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
Add broccoli and fry for 1 minute on medium heat.
Add tomatoes, basil, red chili flakes, and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Add pasta to it and mix lightly and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Serve immediately.
Important suggestion:
It is highly recommended that this recipe to be taken by diabetics only occasionally and in small amounts. This is just a 'cure' and does not qualify for a regular diabetes menu.
