Hace unos meses atrás, mientras estaba en casa de mi mamá mi esposo se quedó aquí en casa y estaba aburrido así que hizo una maceta con un envase de refresco, cuando yo llegue a la casa y la vi me quede impresionada por que nunca había visto algo así, me gustó mucho la idea así que se me ocurrió intentarlo yo con ayuda de él, claro.
Ayer decidimos hacer uno nuevo ya que el que el hizo anteriormente ya estaba muy feo de tanto tiempo que tenía quisimos renovarlo, aproveche esta ocasión para realizar este post y que lo intenten en casa si desean.
A few months ago, while I was at my mom's house my husband stayed here at home and was bored so he made a pot with a container of soda, when I got home and saw it I was impressed that I had never seen something like that, I really liked the idea so it occurred to me to try it with his help, of course.
Yesterday we decided to make a new one since the one he made previously was very ugly from so long that he had we wanted to renew it, take this opportunity to make this post and if you want you can try it at home too.
Para este proyecto necesitaremos los siguientes materiales:
- Envase de refresco
- Tijeras
- Cuchillos
- Tierra
- Agua
For this project we need the following materials:
- Soft drink container
- Scissors
- knives
- Soil
- Water
Lo primero que hicimos fue calendar el cuchillo con la estufa para que pudiéramos cortar más fácilmente el inicio del envase.
The first thing we did was calendar the knife with the stove so that we could more easily cut the start of the container.
Después continúe cortando de manera “recta” (entre comillas porque me quedo muy desigual) con la tijera, cortando alrededor de toda la mitad del envase.
Then continue cutting "straight" (in quotes because I am very uneven) with the scissors, cutting around the entire half of the container.
El siguiente paso fue calentar nuevamente el cuchillo y abrirle algunos huecos en la parte de abajo, esto es para que cuando reguemos nuestras plantas el agua tenga por donde filtrarse.
The next step was to heat the knife again and open some holes in the bottom, this is so that when we water our plants the water has a place to filter.
Ya nuestra maceta esta lista, fue muy fácil, lo que faltaba era rellenarla así que vaciamos el pote que teníamos anteriormente y fuimos aplastando la tierra ya que estaba muy dura, para luego proceder a rellenar nuestra nueva maceta.
Our pot is already done, it was very easy, what was missing was to fill it so we emptied the pot that we had previously and we were crushing the soil since it was very hard, and then we proceeded to fill our new pot.
Después que rellenamos la maceta se nos ocurrió sembrar algunos granos, los cuales dejamos remojando un rato en una taza, luego abrimos tres huecos en nuestra tierra y los pusimos allí para que en un futuro crezca una linda planta.
After we filled the pot it occurred to us to sow some grains, which we left to soak for a while in a cup, then we opened three holes in our soil and put them there so that in the future a beautiful plant would grow.
Antes de colocar los granos vamos a agregarle un poquito de agua a nuestra tierra.
Before placing the grains we are going to add a little water to our soil.
Finalmente cubrimos nuestros granitos con tierra por encima, ¡Ahora solo falta esperar unos meses para dar tiempo a que crezcan nuevas plantitas en nuestra maceta reciclada!
Finally we cover our granites with soil on top, now we just have to wait a few months to allow time for new plants to grow in our recycled pot!
