As an alternative to peanuts, you can also use nuts or almonds, but I recommend you make them with peanuts. I chose to put the ice cream on the dessert, but you can put it inside.
Ingredients to be Used in Making Ice Cream + Pistachio Semolina Dessert:
2 cups of semolina
100 grams of peanuts
2 cups of granulated sugar
Half a glass of oil
2.5 glasses of milk
Making Stages:
First, choose a pot to make semolina dessert, then add half a glass of oil. After adding oil, add 100 grams of peanuts to the pan. Stir until the peanuts are roasted. Then add the semolina. We need to ensure that the color of the semolina is brown. Then we add 2.5 cups of milk and sugar on top of the semolina and add it to the pot. Cook for 10 minutes at medium temperature. After cooking, put on the plate and put ice cream on it.
