The most important thing is to pack the portrait so that it comes to the customer unharmed.
I don't really trust our mail, so I pack it myself, so that the portrait is not damaged when sent by mail, the edges are not bent, and so on.
Aesthetics, atmosphere and packaging reliability are important in packaging.
I pack portraits and postcards in envelopes. I tie it with a tourniquet with my tag that says "Made with love." I pack postcards or portraits in a file and additionally put cardboard so that the corners of the work do not wrinkle.

Как я уже и говорила не менее важное в работе над заказом это упаковка портрета. Важно, что бы заказчик получил портрет в красивой упаковке. Но и красота тут не самое главное.
Самое главное упаковать портрет так что бы он пришел заказчику невредимый.
Я не очень доверяю нашей почте поэтому упаковываю сама, что бы портрет при отправке почтой не повредился, не загнулись края и так далее.
В упаковке важна эстетика, атмосфера и надежность упаковки.
Портреты и открытки я упаковываю в конверты. Перевязываю жгутом с своей биркой на которой написано «Сделано с любовью». Я упаковываю открытки или портреты в файл и дополнительно кладу картон, что бы углы работы не помялись.
@andrianna, You're most careful lady of customer service. If not you don't think about packaging. Yeah. packaging is most important part and customer want to be satisfy for bring new orders.
