Organic fresh vegetables harvested from the garden itself is a great blessing. About the taste is also better than non-organic vegetables.
So this time I will process the mustard greens from my family's garden.
The results were not very satisfying because it was my first experience planting mustard greens and without proper preparation.
You can see that my mustard greens look small. The stems look less than perfect, but from there I will take the experience of not letting the vegetable plant fully in the land without cover. Recently, high rainfall in the area has caused problems with vegetables.
Although these are not the best results, mustard greens still have a good taste quality, and the texture of the stems is very crisp so easily broken.
This time I will process mustard greens into one of the most popular juices here. Mustard greens and Pineapple juice, let's get started!
I use pineapple, carrots, and coconut water as a mixture of mustard greens juice. I do not have an exact dose for these vegetables.
As an important note, so that the taste and aroma are delicious, don't measure more mustard greens than pineapple so that the aroma of pineapple is more dominant and will make the juice taste, not like grass juice.
After blending, serve with ice cubes according to taste.
As a final step, we can add a little sweetener like using honey or coconut sugar.
If you don't use young coconut water, the juice will be a little less sweet especially if the taste of the pineapple isn't sweet. So we can add honey or coconut sugar.
As an extra or optional, I add a sprinkling of ground cinnamon for a more special taste and aroma!

You can replace mustard greens with spinach. I often made that combination too :)
