Curonian Fire

in hive-148441 •  5 years ago

30 seconds long exposure of this burning (or bloody) sunset at Curonian Gulf, Lithuania. Shot in April, 2015 and still cold outside, but high Baltic humidity very often causes those stunning deep colors
Quite unusual composition with a line of stones at foreground

Wide angle lens, LEE filters.

Post production and color grading in LR+PS

Enjoy the scenery!

Thats a really cool shot, dude. Love the long exposure. It's cool you use your 5D still.

Yeah, just nonkillable actually, saw everything - water, sands and fire :D And do not see the reason to change to anything newer and throw it out... as long as still clicking :)

If i wasn't in to video i would buy one today. I really love the 6d for photos to. Canons are beasts for sure and i wish you long and happy shooting with yours

My shooting beast is Canon 1Dx actually, but not for Landscapes. While 6D is for travel, since lightweight and with GPS
